Once we agree the item is available, we will hold the item 5 business days awaiting payment. If payment is not received in 5 business days the item will be returned to stock immediately. All guns are sold as Antiques or Curios, with no guarantees, warranties, or liabilities for any actual usage. If any firearms are to be used for shooting purposes, a qualified gunsmith should inspect them first.

Shipping
Shipping will be by the least expensive method, but in MOST cases (in the USA), any handgun must go Priority Mail (approx $35 depending on value). I do NOT ship any weapons to New York City, the states of New Jersey, Hawaii, or Washington D.C. due to the gun laws in those jurisdictions, so PLEASE know your state and local laws regarding antique weapons.

Return Policy
We give a one day inspection period. We must receive the merchandise back in the same condition as we shipped it to qualify to receive a refund. We refund the purchase price of the merchandise only. No refunds on shipping costs. There is 10% restock on Merchandise. There will be no refund on any item(s) not returned to me.
